quantity for values with dimension tag surface ([L2])

A surface_t value may be constructed using, for example

falaise::config::surface_t x{3.14, "TAG"};

where TAG is one of the following valid unit tags:

• centimeter2
• femtometer2
• foot2
• inch2
• kilometer2
• meter2
• micrometer2
• millimeter2
• yard2

A wrong_dimension_error will be thrown if the supplied unit tag is not in the above list
